In the spirit of Windmill Arts’ mission to create and advance new work, Windmill Arts Production launched blueprint, a short play & film festival.
The inaugural festival in April 2025 featured all new, original works and showcased ten 10-minute plays and two short films selected from 370 submissions from all over the country.
blueprint returned for its second year in May 2026, and featured eight 10-minute plays and two short films selected from over 800+ submissions.
